Family Friendly Apps

The Harvard Family Research Project recently released a new “Snapshot” outlining a number of family-friendly apps that encourage creativity, and learning for children. With the holidays quickly approaching, families will have more time together to use mobile apps that foster development in language, science and math.

We know that families are asking for ideas about good, inexpensive apps1 that are fun and support learning, and that, when families and children play and learn with digital media, it is usually a powerful learning experience for all involved.

The PDF attachment (below) can be easily shared with families and is organized by age group (ranging from 0-12 years old).
